NELSON TACKETT, CPA was formed in 1973 with a single principle in
 mind: to  provide the highest level of personalized client service possible
 and to share our  experiences gained from federal and state accounting
 and tax experiences. We  care about each of our clients. You will always be
 served by Nelson Tackett or  Jerry Mims with assistance from our staff.
 You will never have to worry about  how many other accountants have
 access to your private financial affairs or  whether a new staff accountant
 has the proper experience to give you the right  advice. If you would like

  Nelson Tackett graduated from Mississippi State University where he
 received  his B.S. degree; and later took his accounting courses at the
 University of  Southern Mississippi. He began his accounting practice in
 1973 and qualified  as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. Prior to his
 accounting practice, Mr.  Tackett worked as an assistant plant engineer, as
 a contract negotiator with  the U.S. Air Force, and as an auditor with the
 Mississippi State Tax  Commission. Mr. Tackett and his wife Judy have
 been married for more than 38  years. They are the parents of six children
 and the grandparents of nine.

 Mr. Tackett has served in numerous leadership positions in his
 community and  church.
